Four Leaf Communications Welcomes Payton Vanden Boom as Strategic Communications Associate
GREEN BAY, WI — Four Leaf Communications is proud to announce the addition of Payton Vanden Boom to its growing team. Payton joins the firm as a Strategic Communications Associate, bringing fresh perspective, energy, and a strong foundation in public relations and brand storytelling.

A recent graduate of the University of Minnesota, Payton earned her degree in Public Relations and has already built an impressive portfolio of hands-on experience. While in school, she served as a Sports Marketing Intern for the University of Minnesota Athletic Department, where she supported game-day operations and fan engagement initiatives across multiple sports. She also took on leadership roles within her sorority, managing apparel design and coordinating brand partnerships with Greek vendors. Outside the classroom, she worked at Queenie & Pearl, a Minneapolis-based boutique, where she thrived as part of a women-led team focused on retail experience and personal connection.
“I’m thrilled to add Payton to the team,” said John Laughrin, Founder and President of Four Leaf Communications. “I bring 25 years of experience to the table, but I’ll be the first to admit I’m not always the most up-to-date on the latest digital trends or Gen Z sensibilities. Payton balances that out. She’s fresh out of school with an eye for modern style and communication, and she brings a fire, drive, and intelligence that will benefit every client we serve.”
In her role, Payton will support public relations campaigns, digital communication strategies, marketing projects, and client engagement. Her team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic align perfectly with Four Leaf’s mission of helping local businesses and nonprofits share their stories with authenticity and purpose.
Four Leaf Communications, based in Green Bay, specializes in strategic PR, media outreach, message development, and executive advising for small to mid-sized organizations across Northeast Wisconsin.
