A graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay, Olivia earned her degree in Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations and Social Media. During her time on campus, she built hands-on experience creating content for the university’s Communication Department and The Student Engagement Center. She also contributed to her Hip Hop team by helping develop and design apparel, work that highlighted her eye for branding, style, and audience connection.

Outside the classroom, Olivia worked at her local golf course as a bartender, spent free time creating standout social media content on her own channels, and discovered a natural ability to connect with audiences. Her short-form content has generated millions of views, giving her real-world insight into what engages people and why.

“Olivia strengthens our capabilities in exactly the areas where Four Leaf is growing,” said Founder & President John Laughrin, also a UWGB alum. “Her curiosity, her drive, and her instincts for what resonates on social are a perfect fit for the work we’re doing for clients across Northeast Wisconsin.”

In her role, Olivia supports a wide range of Four Leaf initiatives, including campaign development, content creation, PR execution, community presence, and business development. Whether she’s helping shape a message, designing an outreach strategy, or representing Four Leaf at community events, she brings a thoughtful, energetic presence that elevates the entire operation.

“We’re building a company rooted in authenticity, storytelling, and real connection,” Laughrin added. “Bringing on another UW-Green Bay graduate who shares those values just makes sense. We’re thrilled to have Olivia on the team.”

A recent graduate of the University of Minnesota, Payton earned her degree in Public Relations and has already built an impressive portfolio of hands-on experience. While in school, she served as a Sports Marketing Intern for the University of Minnesota Athletic Department, where she supported game-day operations and fan engagement initiatives across multiple sports. She also took on leadership roles within her sorority, managing apparel design and coordinating brand partnerships with Greek vendors. Outside the classroom, she worked at Queenie & Pearl, a Minneapolis-based boutique, where she thrived as part of a women-led team focused on retail experience and personal connection.

“I’m thrilled to add Payton to the team,” said John Laughrin, Founder and President of Four Leaf Communications. “I bring 25 years of experience to the table, but I’ll be the first to admit I’m not always the most up-to-date on the latest digital trends or Gen Z sensibilities. Payton balances that out. She’s fresh out of school with an eye for modern style and communication, and she brings a fire, drive, and intelligence that will benefit every client we serve.”

In her role, Payton will support public relations campaigns, digital communication strategies, marketing projects, and client engagement. Her team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic align perfectly with Four Leaf’s mission of helping local businesses and nonprofits share their stories with authenticity and purpose.
